Terms & Conditions – Career Development Academy (CDA)
Admission is granted on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to seat availability.
Students must submit all required documents, including valid ID proof and passport-sized photographs, at the time of admission.
Fees must be paid in full at the time of enrollment or according to the agreed installment plan.
All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, under any circumstances.
Late payments may incur a penalty or suspension from classes until dues are cleared.
A minimum of 75% attendance is mandatory to be eligible for examinations and certification.
Students are expected to maintain punctuality and discipline at all times.
Misbehavior, misconduct, or any form of disruption may lead to termination of enrollment without refund.
Institute equipment (computers, software, internet, etc.) must be used responsibly and only for educational purposes.
Accessing inappropriate or unauthorized websites is strictly prohibited.
Certificates will be issued only upon successful completion of the course, attendance requirements, and internal assessments.
Request for duplicate certificates will incur additional charges.
Mobile phones must be kept on silent or switched off during sessions.
Audio/video recording of classes is not permitted without prior approval.
CDA reserves the right to modify course content, schedules, instructors, or policies at any time, with or without prior notice.
These terms are designed to ensure a positive and professional learning environment for all students. Violation of any of the above may result in appropriate disciplinary action.
